Your plan is shown under Plan and billing in your dashboard. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Currency and how you pay
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. US dollar prices are at antglow.com/pricing/us/.
- You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly costs less per month.
- You pay by card, on a Stripe checkout page.
The free plan
The free plan stays free. It includes:
- 1 website, with up to 3 pages;
- an address ending in .antglow.com;
- 1 GB of storage;
- a small AntGlow credit line in your footer.
It doesn't include selling, your own domain or downloading your site. Any paid plan adds these and removes the footer line.
Storage
Your storage is one pool shared by every site on your plan. Usage in your dashboard shows how much you've used. If an upload would take you over, it's refused and nothing you already have is touched. See Photos, video and storage.
Changing your plan
To upgrade or downgrade, write to us through Get help with the plan you want, and a person will reply. There is no button for this in your dashboard yet.
Changing your card, or getting a receipt
Your dashboard doesn't have a card or receipts screen yet. To change the card you pay with, or get a receipt for a payment, write to us through Get help. A person will sort it out with you.
Cancelling
- Go to Plan and billing in your dashboard.
- Choose Cancel plan. You can tell us why, or skip it.
- Choose Cancel plan again to confirm.
Your plan keeps running until the end of the time you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. Changed your mind? Choose Turn renewal back on. Our terms set out what's refunded.
When a plan ends
A plan ends when you cancel it or stop paying for it. When a paid plan ends, its sites go offline. They don't move to the free plan. Visitors see a page saying the site is offline. We keep your sites for at least 60 days. Sign in and choose a plan to bring them back online.
We don't provide email addresses or mailboxes. For an email address at your domain, use a separate email provider. Connecting your domain to AntGlow doesn't change where your email goes. See Connecting your own domain.
