If a site we host is doing something it should not, tell us. That includes phishing, malware, content that is illegal where it is published, impersonation, and material that exists to harass someone.
It also includes a site taking payments for something its payment processor does not allow. We do not review what our customers sell, so a report is often the first we hear of it. If you are a payment processor, this address reaches a person.
A person reads it. If the content is illegal or is actively harming someone, it comes down and the account is suspended while we work out the rest. For anything in the grey, we look at the page ourselves before we touch it, because a report is one side of a story and taking a site offline is not a small thing to do to somebody.
We will not tell you we have a twenty-four hour response window, because we are small and that would be a number invented to sound reassuring. What we will say is that this address is read every day and that nothing sits in it unread.
You will be told what the report said and given the chance to answer, unless the content is the kind that cannot stay up while a conversation happens. We do not delete an account over a single complaint without looking.
A site you disagree with is not abuse. Neither is a competitor, a bad opinion, or a design you dislike. Those reports get read and closed.
Something broken rather than harmful belongs at the help centre. Anything else is on the contact page.
