Anything before you are a customer. What AntGlow is, whether it will do the thing you need, when the builder opens, or a question this site did not answer. This is the front door, and there is no such thing as too early to ask.
Pick Help with something. Something is broken, something will not do what it should, or you cannot work out how to get where you are going. Say what you were doing and what happened instead. Both are useful; the second one on its own rarely is.
A charge you do not recognise, a refund, an invoice, or anything about what you were charged and why. This one gets looked at first, because money problems do not improve with age.
Something AntGlow should do and does not. Worth sending even if you assume we have heard it. Knowing how many people want the same thing is most of how we decide what to build next.
Requests about your own information: what we hold, correcting it, or having it deleted. The privacy policy sets out what we actually hold, which is currently very little.
A site we host, or a message that came from one. The report abuse page lists what to include so it can be acted on. You can leave the email field blank for this one. A report worth making is sometimes a report you do not want your name on, and we would rather hear it anonymously than not hear it.
Writers, reviewers and anyone covering what we are building. We do not run a press office and we do not issue press releases, so there is no media kit to request and no embargo to observe. What there is instead is a straight answer: ask what you want to know, including the unflattering parts, and you will get the real version rather than an approved one. If you are reviewing the product, say so and we will get you access without making you pay for the privilege of writing about us.
