Domains
Yearly plans include your first custom domain free for its first year. Extra common domains are $20 a year from us. Rarer endings cost what the registry charges. You can also bring a domain you bought from another provider.
We don't provide email. For mailboxes at your domain, use a separate email provider.
Storage
Your storage is one shared pool across every site on your plan. If you fill it, more space is $4 for 25 GB a month. Our terms point here for this price.
Bandwidth
Bandwidth is unlimited for your websites. However busy they get, there are no caps, no overage charges and no forced upgrades. These plans don't cover distributing large files. If you need that, ask us and we'll quote a price before you commit.
Your free domain, plainly
Yearly plans include your first domain free for its first year. This covers common endings like .com, .ca, .net and .org. Some endings are cheap in the first year and then renew at two to ten times that price. The free year is based on the renewal price, not the sign-up price. You can still choose one of those endings and pay what it costs.
You see the renewal price before you buy, not after. Both numbers sit on the same screen: what it costs this year, and what it costs every year after that.
It is registered to you. After that first year it renews at $20 a year, the same price as any extra domain. That price is in US dollars and it does not move when the exchange rate does. If the registry that runs your ending raises its price, we tell you before it reaches you.
Your domain is separate from your plan. Cancel the plan and the domain is still yours. We don't take it back or hold on to it.
If you cancel within 30 days and take the refund, the domain is the one thing we can't refund. We deduct what it cost us, never more, and you keep the domain.
Monthly plans don't include the free domain. You can add a common one at any time for $20 a year. Rarer endings cost what the registry charges.
Already own a domain? Bring it to us and we add a year to it as we move it. Want to take it with you later? That's free, and we do it the same day you ask. No fee to leave, and no call first.
Storage and traffic
Plenty of storage and no bandwidth caps. If you fill your storage, more space is $4 for 25 GB a month on any plan. You never have to move up a plan just to hold more photos.

Move up whenever you want
Move up a plan on any day and you pay only the difference from the day you switch. What you already paid on the smaller plan comes off the price. Yearly plans work the same way: eight months into a year, you get credit for the four months you haven't used.
Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You keep everything until then, and there's no refund for the difference.
Always yours
Cancel any time. Change your mind within 30 days, on a monthly or yearly plan, and you get your money back, less the cost of a domain if you claimed one.
Your site, photos and words are yours. On a paid plan, after your first year, you can export the whole site and take it with you. You can do it while you have a plan, and for 60 days after it ends.
Bigger than Premium?
More than 35 websites. A big library to move across. A lot of files to store and deliver. Something these plans do not cover, or something we have not built yet.
