General questions

Anything before you're a customer: what AntGlow is, whether it does what you need, or a question this site didn't answer. It's never too early to ask.

When you are stuck

Pick Help with something when something is broken, won't do what it should, or you can't work out how to get where you're going. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead.

Billing or payment

A charge you don't recognise, a refund, an invoice, or any question about what you were charged and why. We look at these first.

Feature idea

Something AntGlow should do and doesn't. Send it even if you think we've heard it before. How many people ask for the same thing shapes what we build next.

Privacy or my data

Requests about your own information: what we hold, correcting it, or deleting it. The privacy policy lists what we hold, which today is not much.

Report abuse

A site we host, or a message that came from one. The report abuse page lists what to include so it can be acted on. You can leave the email field blank for this one. Anonymous reports are welcome.
