Every paid plan can take payments. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account, and AntGlow takes no cut of your sales. Stripe charges its own processing fees. Selling is not part of the free plan.

Connecting Stripe

1. In the builder, select a Buy button or another store block.
2. Under Getting paid, choose Connect Stripe, then Continue with Stripe.
3. Fill in Stripe's own form. It asks Stripe's questions, not ours.
4. Come back to the builder and choose Check again.

When it says Stripe is connected, you're ready. This creates a new Stripe account for your AntGlow site, even if you already have one. If Stripe can take payments but can't pay you out yet, the builder tells you. Finish the steps Stripe asks for in your Stripe account.

The store blocks

• Buy button: one product, straight to checkout.
• Product catalog: several products on one page.
• View cart: lets buyers check out several products at once.
• Product and Pricing: shown on sites set up as a shop.

To set what a block sells, choose Pick from my Stripe products, or type a price and choose Create the link from this price. What each block is for covers each one.

Currencies

You can charge in Canadian dollars, US dollars, euros, British pounds or Australian dollars. The smallest price Stripe accepts is 0.50, or 0.30 in pounds.

A Buy button or a cart

• Buy button: the buyer pays for one product right away. For a product you ship, they can choose 1 to 10 and give an address in Canada or the US.
• Cart: the buyer adds up to 20 different products, up to 99 of each. Their cart stays in their browser for 30 days.

Your shipping rates and stock tracking apply to cart orders only.

Shipping rates

Set your shipping rates under Orders in your dashboard. Each rate has a name, a price and a delivery time. You can add up to 5 rates and choose up to 60 countries you ship to, in Canadian or US dollars.

Tracking stock

Under Orders, tick Track next to a product and enter how many you have. Each paid cart order takes the number down. At zero, the cart button on your published page shows Sold out. Two buyers can still pay for the last one at the same moment. If that happens, refund one of them in Stripe.

Your orders

Every sale from your shop shows under Orders in your dashboard, read from your Stripe account. Each order has Open in Stripe and Receipt. You can mark an order sent or done and add a tracking number. Older orders are in your Stripe dashboard.

Refunds and tax

• To refund a customer who bought from your shop, use your Stripe account.
• AntGlow doesn't work out sales tax. Stripe collects tax the way your Stripe tax settings say, and each order shows the tax collected.
