This is the whole offer, written down. It is here so that nobody has to take our word for what was promised, and so that we cannot quietly change it later. If a sentence on this page ever disagrees with something else we have written, this page is the one we will honour.
The first 25 people on the waiting list who take it. Nobody else can buy their way in, and there is no second round.
Half of whatever your plan costs, for as long as you stay. Not half for a year. Not half until we decide otherwise. If our prices go up, yours is still half of what everyone else pays. If we build a bigger plan later and you move to it, you pay half of that too.
There is no cliff at the end of a first year, because there is no end. The reason we built it that way is that a discount which expires is just a price rise you agreed to in advance, and we did not want to sell you one.
When AntGlow opens we write to the waiting list in order. An invitation is yours to take for 14 days. If you do not take it in that time it passes to the next person on the list, and it keeps passing until all 25 places are filled.
This means a place cannot be sat on, and it means being number 40 on the list is not the same as being out.
You can move up or down between plans whenever you like, and the half price comes with you. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
You are not locked to the plan you started on. Being a founding member should never be a reason you cannot change your mind.
Cancelling. If you close your account, the founding price is gone and it cannot be taken up again, by you or by anyone else. The place is not returned to the pool.
Nothing else ends it. Not a price change, not a new plan, not a change of the product, and not us wishing we had priced it differently.
A few minutes of honest feedback once a month while we are building. More often if you want to. Once the assistant inside the builder is running you will be able to hand it a frustration the moment you feel one, and it is glad to take them.
We ask for this. We do not require it. If a month goes by and you say nothing, your price does not change and nobody chases you.
We may ask whether we can show your site on our own pages. You can say no, and it changes nothing about your price or your place. If you say yes and change your mind later, tell us and we take it down.
Write to us through our contact form. If we have made a mistake about your place or your price, we fix it in your favour. We would rather be out of pocket than be the company that argued with you about it.
